Founded 1978, Stephen's Contracting was established by Stephen Failla and his wife Tami. Stephen, while working his way through college, learned the trade by working for his future Father In Law, the late "Bill" Gingerich who was the original innovator of the "Turn Key Foundation” service. While working for Bill Gingerich for several years, Stephen acquired a passion for the foundation and concrete business.  Expanding on this premise and in pursuit of his passion, Stephen developed his clientele. Today, Stephen's Contracting through their loyal, dedicated and well trained professional employees has grown to service some of Tidewater area's most successful and prestige builders/general contractors.
